"Intelligent Tally System for Break Bulk Cargo" is an application system designed for tally worker at ship side or warehouses, to perform tally work with ease. The system, including a PC based background application connected with video AI algorithms and handheld mobile devices application; replacing the traditional ‘pen and paper’ manual tallying. Tally worker can now perform the job on the handheld mobile devices effectively , minimizing the work intensity and safety risks of tally workers, and achieving the accuracy and traceability of tally data, improving the quality of tallying.

The system supports tasks including the creation of ‘Tally Jobs by Ship’, ‘Assigning Jobs for Tally personnel’, ‘Recording Tally Data,’ and the realization of multi-dimensional tally data statistics by ship. Tally workers perform tallying on the handheld mobile device, record piece count discrepancies  and cargo damage , taking photos for supporting records etc.. The system uses video AI algorithms to achieve automatic tally work for specific goods and capable to generate and submit a variety of tally documents of tally data for the tallying department, wharf office, warehouse office and/or cargo owners when needed.
